Our Story

From façade contractor to design-build specialist.

Founded in 2014, Fasclad Inc. has grown from a medium-sized façade contractor into one of the Philippines' most trusted curtain wall and building-envelope specialists — with a nationwide footprint across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao and an overseas manufacturing base in Guangdong, China.

We deliver the full value chain in-house: design, engineering, value engineering, fabrication, installation, and site management — for unitized curtain walls, window walls, punch windows, and aluminum composite cladding. Our A-Level PCAB license and principal partnerships let us take on the most demanding, spec-driven towers in the market.

Every façade is designed, detailed, and value-engineered by our own in-house team — from BIM coordination to structural, thermal, water, and air performance.

Manufacturing Muscle

Our own fabrication facilities in the Philippines and Guangdong, China give us 750,000 m² of annual capacity — and control over quality, cost, and schedule.

Delivery Discipline

A-Level PCAB licensed, safety-driven site teams and specialized façade-access equipment — installing at speed on the country's tallest, most complex towers.
